Dr. Suyash Vardhan is a veterinarian and animal nutrition expert with 20+ years of experience in dairy nutrition, feed mill efficiency and livestock consulting. He holds a Master’s in Veterinary Science (Animal Reproduction & Gynaecology) and has held senior positions with global industry leaders, including Provimi, Cargill and Trouw Nutrition (Nutreco). He holds Certification in Livestock Feed Milling from Kasetsart University, Thailand, Design thinking and Innovation and Certification in Project Management from IIT Delhi. As Chief Technology Officer at Innovatief Technologies, he integrates science, technology and strategy to advance sustainable livestock management, drawing on his region-specific GLOCAL nutrition models across Asia-Pacific. At nKB Konnect, he brings a practical, technology-driven approach to dairy nutrition, farm management and data-driven decision-making for the dairy industry.

Dr. Simrandeep Singh is a veterinarian and dairy-sector professional with expertise in business intelligence, modern Animal husbandry, farm economics, and technical capacity building. As alumni of Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), he is currently pursuing advanced studies while serving as Manager – Technical & Business Development at Innovatief Technologies. His work integrates veterinary science, data-driven decision-making, and farm economics to develop practical, scalable solutions for dairy businesses. He has experience in technical training, audience-specific content development, field extension, on-farm demonstrations, and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, workforce capability, productivity, and profitability. As a trainer with nKB Konnect, Dr. Singh focuses on helping learners translate farm-level data and technical insights into informed management decisions, enabling more efficient, productive, and sustainable dairy operations.

Veterinary Industry and Animal Nutrition Specialist
Sandeep Saraswat is a seasoned veterinary and animal nutrition professional with 33 years of industry experience, including 16 years specialising in animal nutrition. He has worked with leading organisations such as Hoechst (now MSD), Himalaya Drug, Venky’s Livestock, Cargill and Kemin, gaining extensive experience across veterinary medicines, vaccines, herbal products and nutrition solutions. His exposure to veterinary hospitals, dairy farms and feed mills across multiple Indian states gives him a comprehensive understanding of animal health, nutrition and farm business dynamics. At nKB Konnect, he brings this field-tested industry expertise to practical learning for veterinarians, dairy farmers and feed mill professionals, conducting sessions in English, Hindi, Rajasthani, Punjabi and Gujarati.

Aishwarya S P is an agriculture professional with over five years of field and agri-technology experience in agronomy, forage crop management and farmer training. She holds a Master’s degree in Agriculture and a B.Sc. in Agriculture from the University of Agricultural and Horticultural Sciences, Shivamogga. Previously with Escorts Kubota Limited, she worked on precision agriculture and farmer advisory, including crop disease prediction advisory covering 7 crops and 30+ diseases, weather-based alerts and irrigation guidance. Having trained 10,000+ farmers in agricultural technologies and dairy management, she brings to nKB Konnect a practical, farmer-friendly approach to crop planning, year-round fodder availability, feeding practices and better on-farm decisions.

Soft Skills and Communication Specialist
Ankita Chauhan is a marketing expert with 10 years’ experience in stakeholder engagement, audience outreach and capacity building across the Agri-tech, dairy, livestock and public sectors. She holds Master’s degrees in Philosophy from Lady Shri Ram College, University of Delhi. She worked as a digital marketing and cognitive science expert in CRACS lab worked on cognitive assessments to improve Child’s focus and creativity. She is one of the main architects of nKB Konnect design and process along with her capacity building team. As Manager – Marketing & Capacity Building at Innovatief Technologies, she designs and delivers practical, industry-focused learning programmes that strengthen communication, presentation, confidence and professional effectiveness.

Mayur Rakshe is Assistant Manager – Farm Services at Innovatief Technologies, bringing an M.Sc. in Microbiology and practical experience in dairy farm management, farmer engagement, and livestock advisory support. Being brought up on a dairy farm, he gained dairy farming experience from his childhood. His field expertise spans feeding practices, silage and forage quality, animal comfort, farm hygiene, and breeding and reproduction awareness. He translates scientific concepts into practical, farmer-friendly guidance that supports better on-farm management and informed decision-making. At nKB Konnect, he delivers field-oriented learning in Marathi, Hindi, and English, helping participants apply technical knowledge while recognising when specialist veterinary or nutritional intervention is required.

Rahul Kumar Saroj is an animal nutrition and farm management professional. He holds a Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition from Sam Higginbottom University of Agriculture, Technology and Sciences (SHUATS) and brings practical field experience in feeding management, ration evaluation, TMR assessment, silage making, body condition scoring and mastitis screening. She holds advanced specialisation in Animal Nutrition from Chaudhary Sarwan Kumar Himachal Pradesh Krishi Vishvavidyalaya (CSKHPKV), Palampur, Her research on phytogenic feed additives and sustainable feeding systems has been published in research journals, technical publications and book chapters, including Frontiers in Veterinary Science. At nKB Konnect, she translates research-backed nutrition science into practical guidance on feed efficiency, additive evaluation and sustainable feeding practices, with sessions offered in English, Hindi and Punjabi.

Dr. Mahadeep Singh is a veterinarian and animal nutrition specialist with 14+ years of experience across the corporate and government sectors, bringing a strong blend of technical expertise and field experience. He spent 4+ years as Technical Manager – Animal Nutrition at Cargill India, leading technical operations and farmer extension across Punjab, Haryana and Rajasthan, following 11 years as a Veterinary Officer with the Uttar Pradesh Government. His experience spans dairy nutrition, disease management, vaccination, dairy extension and livestock development programmes. As an advisor at nKB Konnect, he will translates this field-tested expertise into practical learning on cattle nutrition, transition cow management, farm management and calf rearing.
